SEBI vide its Circular Nos. SEBI / HO/MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR/2021 / 655 dated November 03, 2021 & SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_RTAMB / P / CIR / 2021 / 687 dated December 14, 2021, had prescribed common and simplified norms for processing investor’s service request by Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs) and norms for furnishing PAN, KYC details and Nomination. However, based on the representations / feedback received from investors and Registrars Association of India (RAIN), SEBI vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 has further simplified / modified some of the norms / procedural requirements for processing service requests of investors. The circular dated March 16, 2023 read with master circular dated May 07, 2024 supersedes the earlier aforesaid circulars.
The shareholders holding shares of the Company in physical form are mandatorily required to furnish the following documents / details on priority to RTA of the Company i.e. KFIN Technologies Limited;
